Salad, entree and 2 sides for $15 per person (includes plates, cutlery, etc.)
Salads:
Caesar: Classic Caesar salad with crisp romaine, Parmesan cheese, crunchy croutons and Caesar dressing.
House: Mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mushroom, red onion, mandarin oranges and our house made vinaigrette.
Spinach: Farm fresh spinach with cherry tomatoes, red onion, mushroom and candied pecans served with balsamic vinaigrette.
Ranch: Chopped romaine with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, croutons and ranch dressing.
Garden: Mixed greens with shredded carrot, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber and served with a lemon vinaigrette.
Chicken:
Tomato-Basil: Grilled chicken breast with a light sauce made from fresh tomatoes, garlic, and basil straight from our garden.
Lemon & Peppers: Chicken rubbed with South American spices and braised with red and yellow bell peppers and lemons.
Beer: Chicken marinated overnight in our signature blend of spices and Guiness beer then seared and braised to perfection. Not your run of the mill beer chicken!
Tuscan: Chicken breast topped with a caper, sundried tomato and artichoke heart cream sauce.
Florentine: Chicken breast stuffed with sauteed spinach, onion, mushrooms and topped with a Chardonnay cream sauce.
Chipotle: Grilled chicken breast with a chipotle cream sauce and topped with black bean and corn pico de gallo.
Roasted: whole chicken brined overnight then rubbed with herbs and spices and roasted until beautifully done.
Pork:
French Onion: Pan seared pork steaks topped with Swiss cheese and a French onion sauce.
Stuffed: Pork loin stuffed with traditional Thanksgiving dressing and cranberries and topped with a light pork gravy.
Mustard-Maple: Roasted pork loin rubbed with stone ground mustard and topped with maple and candied pecans.
Fish:
Mediterranean: Baked red fish topped with sauteed onion, garlic, fresh tomatoes, capers and olives, lemon and fresh herbs.
Creole: Baked red fish topped with a Creole cream sauce topped with crab and fresh basil.
Southwestern: Pan seared red fish topped with black bean and corn pico de gallo and a light cream sauce.
Parmesan Crusted: Baked red fish with a Parmesan crusted topped with freshly made pesto.
